Do you ship internationally?
We do ship orders internationally. All international orders that contain four (4) CDs or more are sent without jewel cases. If you would like your order sent with jewel cases please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are marked as "merchandise" on included customs paperwork. We will not ship items marked as "gifts."
Do you have a mailing list?
We do have a mailing list, so please take a second to sign up. You can then be notified about upcoming releases, special offers, giveaways and most importantly; where you can catch Heaven and Hell Records artists when then come to a town near you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually process all orders within 24-48 hours (during the business week) and they are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Orders should take no more than a week to get to addresses within the continental US. If you experience a delay please don’t hesitate to contact us.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Can I mailorder Heaven and Hell Records merchandise?
You can order our merchandise via mail, but we do highly recommend that you

first to make sure all items you want are in stock. We can then instruct you on the safest and most proper method of payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Do you offer wholesale rates?
We do offer wholesale bulk rates to distributors, stores and mailorders. Contact us with any inquiries (only serious inquiries by dealers will be answered).
